- Our acoustical system starts off in a cabinet shop with a hand assembled wood frame.
- A top quality, sound deadening core material is fitted and installed inside that frame.
- The customer can then choose from one of our industry standard plain and patterned acoustical fabrics or go with our custom printed option. (multiple panels? - possibly a combination of both)
- If using printed option, the customer may opt to provide us with their own digital file or photo. (Must be adequate size and quality.) An image can also be chosen from "Our Image Library" or from one of our supplied contributor links.
- The chosen image is digitally enhanced (if necessary), properly sized and printed on special paper.
- The printed image is then heat transferred into the correct acoustically transparent fabric using the state-of-the-art process of Dye Sublimation.
- Finally, the image infused fabric is hand trimmed and fastened to the acoustical frame assembly.
